This garden collection will be ready to pick up and plant in early May.

Scroll down to choose the plants and varieties you’d like in your garden collection. Some choices do not have a quantity option. If you’d like more than one please add a note to your order and we’ll reserve an extra for you to buy at pick-up.

This collection comes standard with a few mixed greens plants. Want more? Add on these Swiss Chard, Kale, or Broccoli plants!

For the following, choose the quantity of plants or packs you’d like to add.

We’ll select from our favorite varieties. These plants take up less space but are still very productive. Cukes can be pickled or eaten fresh. Harvest when cukes are 4-5″ long.

This collection comes standard with a few lettuce plants. Want more? Add on this mixed 6-pack of heat-tolerant lettuces that can be eaten leaf-by-leaf or harvested as a whole head.

Excellent ingredient for green salsas. Tomatillos are in the tomato family and grow similarly. Large, sprawling, bushy plants grow best when supported with a cage or stakes. Tomatillos are most productive when you grow more than one for pollination. Harvest when the fruit swells and bursts from its papery husk. Remove husk and cook or chop up fresh for a bright addition to chili, salsa, sauces. Delicious and very pest resistant! Needs a cage but still produces if it’s sprawling over the ground.

~5 pre-sprouted ready-to-plant seed potatoes–will be enough for 8 plants.

>>Summer Collections will be scheduled for pick-up in early May 2024 in Bethany, Connecticut. Please include your town a note (at the bottom of the checkout page) when you place your order so we can schedule our distributions.

>>PLEASE NOTE: If for some reason the variety you prefer is not available (poor germination or something), we will substitute a similar plant.
